1. Competitions 

Our competitions are streamed on TikTok Live.

There is no limit to the number of entries per participant unless otherwise stated.
Competitions are open to UK residents only.

Cash alternatives may be offered at our discretion and only if clearly stated in the competition.

2. Entries
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility rules and accept these Terms.
We may disqualify entries that do not follow the rules.

3. Postal Entry
You can enter any competitions for free by post. No purchase is needed to enter this way.

How to Enter by Post
To enter, simply send a postcard or envelope via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Delivery with the following handwritten details:

• Full Name
• Postal Address
• Date of Birth
• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address
• Correct Answer to the Competition Question
• Name of the Competition You’re Entering

Important 

• Only one entry per envelope or postcard is allowed.
• There is no limit to how many postal entries you can send.
• All postal entries must be received before the competition closes.
• Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will not be accepted.
• Postal entries are treated the same as paid entries and are entered into the same draw.
• Please make sure all information is written clearly and correctly.
• If we can’t read your entry, it won’t be counted.

4. Prize Delivery
Winners will be sent their prizes to the address on the order. No additional postage monies needed.

5. No Returns on Digital Entries
All competition entries are digitally delivered and considered final and non-returnable once the purchase is confirmed. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any entry purchased.

6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
• Technical error: If you were charged more than once due to a system error.
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased multiple entries for the same draw in a way that violates our entry limits.
• Event cancellation: If the competition is cancelled before the draw takes place.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the issue at [your email/contact form] with your order number and details of the problem.

7. No Refunds After Draw
Once the competition has closed and/or the draw has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Disqualification
Entries that are disqualified for breaching the Terms & Conditions (e.g., providing false information or attempting to manipulate the competition) are not eligible for a refund.

9. Chargebacks
We take chargeback fraud seriously. If a participant files a chargeback without a valid reason, we reserve the right to ban that individual from future competitions and take legal or collection action.

11. Account Review and Monitoring
We may review and monitor account activity to protect our platform and users.

12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if we suspect fraud, breaches of these Terms, or harmful behaviour.

13. No Liability
We are not responsible for any losses caused by account suspension or termination.

16. Submitting Information
Except for personal data (see our Privacy Policy), we do not guarantee confidentiality of anything you submit.

17. Accuracy & Availability
We aim to keep the Website accurate and bug-free but do not guarantee it.
Use of the Website is at your own risk.
